Welcome to Havegi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our recording studio services and website. By accessing our services or booking studio time, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Havegi, located at 27 Elm Park Road, London, SW3 6ES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Studio Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All studio bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone at +44 20 7981 3572, or by email at [email protected]. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2.2 Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your session. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
• No-shows will forfeit the entire booking fee

3. Studio Usage and Conduct

3.1 Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals will not receive extended time, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Repeated late arrivals may result in termination of services.

3.2 Equipment and Facilities

All studio equipment and facilities are provided for professional use only. Clients must treat all equipment with care and respect. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the client at replacement cost. Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.

3.3 Studio Capacity

The number of people allowed in the studio during a session is limited based on the room booked. Additional guests beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges or may be asked to leave the premises.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client Ownership

All recordings and creative content produced during your session remain your intellectual property. Havegi claims no ownership rights to your original compositions, lyrics, or performances.

4.2 Portfolio and Promotional Use

Havegi reserves the right to use excerpts of recordings for promotional purposes, portfolio demonstrations, and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited in writing by the client. Clients may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request to [email protected].

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limited Liability

While we take every precaution to maintain our equipment and facilities, Havegi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs on the premises except where caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for insuring their own equipment and instruments brought to the studio.

5.2 Data Backup

We maintain regular backups of all recording sessions. However, clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backup copies. Havegi is not liable for data loss due to technical failures, although we will make every reasonable effort to recover lost data.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. 7. Modifications to Terms

Havegi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately without refund if a client violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in prohibited activities, or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe to staff or other clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
